ILVO is the Flemish Institute for Agricultural, Fisheries and Food Research. With 730 employees, it conducts practice-oriented research on societal challenges related to food and bio-based processes. The Food Pilot (www.foodpilot.be) is operated jointly with Flanders’ FOOD and is a pilot facility with more than 70 food processing machines (overview pilot) and food analysis labs. You can go there for meat (analogues), fish (analogues), dairy (analogues), and vegetable products.
